Who are we?

A good question.

We are a group of people from all walks of life, who are united by our faith in Jesus. We have a passion for:

  • God. Our God is a great God and we want to live our lives in a way that honours him.

  • The good news of Jesus. Jesus died on the cross and rose again from the dead. That is the most significant and fantastic act of all history. It means our sins can be forgiven and we can be brought into a personal relationship with God.

  • The Bible. The Bible is more than a book, it is God’s word and we seek to base all that we do on what God has said.

  • Engaging others with the message of Jesus. Our church is called a mission, This is because we don’t want to keep the good news of Jesus to ourselves, but let others know as well.

  • Relationships. The church is not a building and it is not an organisation; it is the people. We want to be a group of people who love, serve and help one another.

We are affiliated to the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC). For more information visit the FIEC website.
